About
My name is JD Lindauer
I am originally from Atlanta, GA, and went to college in Texas from 2019-2023. I spent my time in college in addiction, a toxic relationship, and in some of the darkest times of my life. I now have years of experience in recovery, treatment, and therapy. I am also finishing my degree here in Tennessee in Psychology. In my life, I have struggled with mental health, substances, and love addiction, and have recovered in many ways that I never thought possible. I have seen for myself how dark the mind can go and how it can be brought back into the light. Life's emotions and experiences are a pendulum that swings from dark to light, and I am here to help you find the balance between them.
Services
Together, we will create either a plan or a structure for the growth that you're looking to receive. Whether you want me to take complete reins of our plans, or if you want to be more a part of the process, we will ultimately work together and walk down this journey of healing. Through working together, you can decide if you would like more or fewer sessions and if you want to slow down a little bit or speed up and really dig deep. The message I'm trying to convey here is that no matter the case, you will be taken care of and prioritized in my coaching. I will also be frequent in keeping you accountable for our goals and assignments that I will give you in order to better your self-understanding.

As someone who has struggled and recovered from love and fantasy addiction, substance abuse, and mental health struggles like depression and anxiety, I am well-suited to help you along any path that you want to walk down. My own work in recovery has given me extensive knowledge to help in each area, as well as my schooling in psychology. Above all, my higher power guides me in helping others. I have overcome many tragedies and difficulties in my life, and I will draw on them to help you in conquering yours.
